Supplies Prints & Embroidery Stitching Quality Control
Specific materials are needed for production. Predesigned does not have anything in stock and therefore orders the supplies especially for your order, and ensures that they end up at the production location. Of course, Predesigned informs you when choosing the fabrics and trims how long it will take before they are available.
If you use prints or embroidery for your clothing, Predesigned will ensure that these are placed in the right place, on the right pattern part. Prints and embroidery are placed on the clothing at Predesigned before they are stitched together, which means that much more is possible than if the clothing is provided with prints or embroidery afterwards.
Once it has been determined and discussed how your clothing should be, what quantities you want and in what sizes, then comes the phase in which it will be produced. This phase is called the production phase and includes a number of steps where everything comes together.
Once all the parts for your clothing are cut out and the parts that had to be printed or embroidered are back, the stitching of the clothing can begin. The garments are put together with this and all the labels and other trims are placed.
After stitching, the garments are pressed with steam for the last time and the quality control takes place. Finally, the garments are folded and packed.
When everything is ready, the transport can be planned and it is sent.
