Do you want to work with buttons, no problem. Predesigned offers various possibilities to add buttons to your garment, on a collar or make a vest with buy, a lot is possible. Predesigned has various partners who can make buttons to your wishes. Both in color, material or with your logo. But of course also Sustainable.

If you want to use buttons, it is wise to think about what suits your clothing best. Are these small, refined buttons or large, coarse buttons. The buttonhole can also be important in this.

Do you prefer to use snaps on your garments? Then that is possible. Sometimes snaps are easier or more functional, for example in sportswear.

If you use a cord, for example in the hood of the hoodie, there is also a lot of choice. Which cord do you want to use? In addition to various thicknesses, and a choice of flat or round, you can choose in material. Do you want a strong and sturdy cord, a nice soft and flexible cord. Or perhaps elastic. The right choice goes together with the fabric that is used and the look that you want to give your garment. A robust cord will look much cooler than a nice smooth cord and elastic will radiate more sportiness. Predesigned has experience with this and can advise you on this.

An Eyelet is a metal or plastic ring that is pressed through the fabric to create a feed-through hole. Eyelets are often used in a place where a cord goes through the fabric, for example the cords of the hood. This could also be done with a buttonhole, an Eyelet gives a more "clean" appearance to the garment. A buttonhole or Eyelet is necessary when feeding through cords otherwise the fabric will fray or tear at that spot. An Eyelet can be made in larger quantities in your own color and provided with your own brand name or logo.

Be creative within the possibilities of Predesigned, also with zippers. A zipper can add a lot to your own design. Not only where it is placed but also the type and the color give your fashion item its own identity.

For zippers, Predesigned works exclusively with YKK® zippers. You can choose from various types of zippers and pullers, but also the range of 600 colors! There is always a zipper that suits your garment.

The types are, for example, a spiral zipper and a block zipper. The spiral zipper is a more refined zipper that looks good in garments with a more refined fabric. A block zipper has a coarse structure, a bit tougher and sturdier. In addition, there is the metal zipper. This is heavier and often used in combination with heavier fabrics.

Predesigned does not have anything in stock, not even zippers. Zippers are specially ordered and made for your production, according to your wishes.

In addition to composing your own items, you can also choose many Predesigned extras. In all fits. So it doesn't matter whether you choose Men or Women, Slimfit or Regularfit. Extras that you add are called trims. Read all about closures here; zippers, cords and buttons.

Hook and loop is an effective and relatively cheap fastener. It is often used for closing pockets and as reinforcement for all types of flaps and covers in clothing. Badges, patches and emblems can also be applied with hook and loop. Internationally, hook and loop is also known as Velcro (which is actually a brand name) or as Hook & Loop.

Want to use cords in your hoodie or on the waist in an extra extra long dress? No problem. A cord is not just a cord and comes with many variations and associated trims, such as Cordends and Eyelets.

If your garment has a cord or lace, for example in the hood, you can choose to simply tie a knot in it at the ends. A nice finish for the ends are cordends. These metal or plastic sleeves are pressed around the end of the cord, whereby they are no longer visible. For example, it prevents the end from getting fluffy. Cordends can be made in your own colour with your own logo. For this, quantities are required to be able to order them.
